The farm’s ducks are raised naturally, in grassy outdoor runs, for 14 weeks. Their feed is carefully controlled: they are fed exclusively with cereals produced on site, thus guaranteeing feed free from antibiotics and GMOs. This environmentally and animal-friendly farming method ensures a final product that is healthy and satisfying for consumers.

Family Expertise

The feeding methods used on the farm are also steeped in tradition. The ducks are fattened in pens with whole kernel corn, a process that guarantees high-quality foie gras, true to the flavors of yesteryear. These practices are a genuine testament to the family know-how that has been preserved and enhanced over generations.
